I lead design at the intersection of experience design, fashion, and technology. Specifically, I oversee Virtual Try-On, Profile, and Fit programs, managing multi-disciplined designers. I build awareness of inclusive design by creating an internal online learning course for Amazon. I raise design maturity in the organization by setting design principles and team mechanisms with product leaders.

As the head of the Barbarian experience design department, I lead digital products, platforms, and services for clients such as Samsung, K-Y, Kiehl’s, and Mucinex. I set creative department processes and run internal XD workshops to strengthen our internal design knowledge. I am responsible for running the agency’s new business pitches and have brought new clients to the agency’s roster. Day to day, I focus on cultivating healthy and productive relationships with clients and internal teams, provide creative direction on projects, and oversee the quality of creative outcome.

I led and successfully launched seven New Ventures Tech products with a clear product vision and value proposition. My work was recognized for its quality by clients and development teams. R&D PN’s vendor, Nearform, commented on the design, “It’s rare to work with a design this good.”
I contributed on an organizational level by creating the NVT build process and partnered with product managers and senior agile coaches to shape the process.

As a lead XD for Samsung, Mercedes, Verizon and R/GA accelerator programs, I worked with various capabilities to create actionable strategies, executable concepts and brought user-focused experiences to life. I worked closely with my development team to make sure implementations were true to the vision.

As a sole product designer in the company, I oversaw and executed the entire design process from UX to Visual. Produced an iOS app, FLIP that makes 2D drawings into 3D animated gifs. Built a sandbox video game, CHKN and a fitness iOS app, Aiko.
