I led Real People, Real Bodies, an inclusive design initiative that is a new way of looking at our customer's body-related problems to increase body-positivity in Amazon Fashion. I spoke at the Amazon Global Science Summit on April 29th, 2021, and Conflux on November 10th, 2021, under the theme of Brave New World, where selected Amazonians and external speakers spoke about thought-provoking ideas to inspire and help Amazonians to navigate these unprecedented times. As a speaker, I used Real People, Real Bodies as an example that demonstrates the courage required to design a diverse, equitable, and intentional future together.
